1980年

• 仏像彫刻を始める
  Began creating Buddhist sculptures.

1981年

• 松久宗琳師に師事し、仏画、截金も始める
  Studied under Master Sōrin Matsuhisa and began learning Buddhist painting and kirikane.

1982年

• 京都仏像彫刻研究所入門
  Entered the Kyoto Institute of Buddhist Sculpture.
• 高野山金剛峯寺に尊勝曼荼羅レリーフを奉納（グループ制作）
  Participated in a group project to dedicate a Sonshō Mandala relief to Kongōbu-ji on Kōyasan.
• 朝日カルチャーセンター神戸仏画講師となる（以降18年間）
  Became a Buddhist painting instructor at Asahi Culture Center Kōbe (continued for 18 years).

1983年

• NHK大阪文化センター仏画講師となる（以降17年間）
  Became a Buddhist painting instructor at NHK Osaka Culture Center (continued for 17 years).
• 比叡山延暦寺に尊勝曼荼羅を奉納
  Dedicated a Sonshō Mandala to Enryaku-ji on Mount Hiei.
• 朝日カルチャーセンター神戸仏像彫刻副講師となる（以降2年間）
  Served as assistant instructor for Buddhist sculpture at Asahi Culture Center Kōbe (for 2 years).

1986年

• 朝日カルチャーセンター仏画通信講座講師となる（以降5年間）
  Became a correspondence course instructor for Buddhist painting at Asahi Culture Center (continued for 5 years).

1990年

• 仏画睦会を主宰する（以降10年間）
  Founded the Mutsumi Buddhist Painting Circle (continued for 10 years).
• 第1回睦会仏画展（以降第5回迄毎年、第6回、第７回は隔年）
  Held the 1st Mutsumi Buddhist Painting Exhibition (followed by annual exhibitions through the 5th, and biennial for the 6th and 7th).
• カンヌ日本文化祭出品
  Exhibited work at the Japan Cultural Festival in Cannes.

1991年

• あさば仏教美術工房を向吉悠睦と設立
  Established the Asaba Buddhist Art Studio with Yuboku Mukoyoshi.
• 仏像仏画二人展（向吉悠睦との夫婦展、大阪）
  Held a joint exhibition of Buddhist sculpture and painting with Yuboku Mukoyoshi (husband and wife exhibition in Osaka).
• 仏教美術展二人展（鹿児島黎明館）
  Held a two-person Buddhist art exhibition at Reimeikan Museum, Kagoshima.
• 仏教美術展（東京芝の増上寺）
  Held a Buddhist art exhibition at Zōjō-ji in Shiba, Tokyo.
• 日本伝統工芸展諸工芸展入選（以降92～94年、09年、11年、13年、15年、17年、19年）
  Selected for the Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition – Mixed Crafts Division (also selected in 1992–1994, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019).
• 仏画三人展（大阪）
  Held a three-person Buddhist painting exhibition in Osaka.
• NHK神戸文化センター仏画講師となる（以後19年間）
  Became a Buddhist painting instructor at NHK Kōbe Culture Center (continued for 19 years).

1992年

• 第39回日本伝統工芸展入選（以降93～95年、97年、04～07年、09～11年、13年、15～20年）
  Selected for the 39th Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition (also selected in 1993–1995, 1997, 2004–2007, 2009–2011, 2013, 2015–2020).

1993年

• 日本伝統工芸近畿展入選（以降94年、95年、97年、05～20年）
  Selected for the Japan Traditional Kinki Kōgei Exhibition (also selected in 1994, 1995, 1997, 2005–2020).

1995年

• 日本工芸会正会員になる
  Became a full member of the Japan Kōgei Association.
• 大徳寺「古渓宗陳」像納める
  Created a statue of Kokei Sōchin for Daitoku-ji.
• 千葉徳蔵寺両界種字曼荼羅画制作
  Painted the Ryōkai Mandala of Seed Syllables for Tokuzō-ji, Chiba.

1996年

• 高野山金剛峯寺根本大塔十六大菩薩画御修復
  Restored the paintings of the Sixteen Great Bodhisattvas at the Konpon Daitō of Kongōbu-ji on Kōyasan.

1997年

• 大阪工芸展入選
  Selected for the Osaka Craft Exhibition.

1998年

• 香川県歴史博物館五大尊像画制作（現・香川ミュージアム）
  Painted the Five Great Wisdom Kings for the Kagawa Prefectural Museum of History (now Kagawa Museum).

1999年

• 香川県歴史博物館両界曼荼羅制作（現・香川ミュージアム）
  Painted the Ryōkai Mandala for the Kagawa Prefectural Museum of History (now Kagawa Museum).

2000年

• 仏画睦会改め仏画あさば会を主宰する
  Rebranded the Mutsumi Buddhist Painting Circle as the Asaba Buddhist Painting Association.

2001年

• 正法山大観寺大日如来、他五体納める
  Created Dainichi Nyorai and five other statues for Daikan-ji.
• 法楽寺リーヴスギャラリーにて個展（大阪）
  Held a solo exhibition at Leaves Gallery, Horaku-ji (Osaka).

2002年

• 大丸心斎橋店にて向吉悠睦と二人展
  Held a joint exhibition with Yuboku Mukoyoshi at Daimaru Shinsaibashi.

2003年

• 大丸京都店にて向吉悠睦と二人展
  Held a joint exhibition with Yuboku Mukoyoshi at Daimaru Kyoto.
• ホノルルアカデミー美術館（ハワイ）にて仏画の展示、実演
  Exhibited and demonstrated Buddhist painting at the Honolulu Academy of Arts (Hawaii).
• 天満屋福山店にて向吉悠睦と二人展
  Held a joint exhibition with Yuboku Mukoyoshi at Tenmaya Fukuyama.
• 高野山大師教会本部「弘法大師」画像制作
  Painted an image of Kōbō Daishi for the Daishi Kyōkai Headquarters on Mount Kōya.
• 大慧会本部「釈迦如来」画像「飛天」画一対制作
  Painted an image of Shaka Nyorai and a pair of Hiten for the Daieikai Headquarters.

2003年

• 千光寺「釈迦如来」画像制作
  Painted an image of Shaka Nyorai for Senkō-ji.
• 三越名古屋店にて向吉悠睦と二人展
  Held a joint exhibition with Yuboku Mukoyoshi at Mitsukoshi Nagoya.
• 天満屋岡山店にて向吉悠睦と二人展
  Held a joint exhibition with Yuboku Mukoyoshi at Tenmaya Okayama.
• 天満屋広島店にて向吉悠睦と二人展
  Held a joint exhibition with Yuboku Mukoyoshi at Tenmaya Hiroshima.
• 東京大松院両界種字曼荼羅画制作
  Painted the Ryōkai Mandala of Seed Syllables for Daisō-in, Tokyo.
• 第1回あさば仏教美術展（以降毎年開催）
  Held the 1st Asaba Buddhist Art Exhibition (continued annually thereafter).
• 雲伝神道神像十二尊像、雨宝童子像制作
  Created statues of the Twelve Deities of Unden Shintō and Uhō Dōji.

2004年

• 近鉄和歌山店にて向吉悠睦と二人展
  Held a joint exhibition with Yuboku Mukoyoshi at Kintetsu Wakayama.
• 三越仙台店にて向吉悠睦と二人展
  Held a joint exhibition with Yuboku Mukoyoshi at Mitsukoshi Sendai.
• 大丸京都店にて向吉悠睦と二人展
  Held a joint exhibition with Yuboku Mukoyoshi at Daimaru Kyoto.

2005年

• 両界種字曼荼羅画制作
  Painted the Ryōkai Mandala of Seed Syllables.

2006年

• 滋賀県金剛輪寺八十一尊曼荼羅制作に着手
  Began work on the Mandala of the 81 Deities for Kongōrin-ji, Shiga.
• 第35回日本伝統工芸近畿展にて大阪府教育委員会賞受賞
  Received the Osaka Board of Education Award at the 35th Japan Traditional Kinki Kōgei Exhibition.

2007年

• 八浄寺愛染明王・不動明王を納める
  Created Aizen Myō-ō and Fudō Myō-ō for Hachijō-ji.
• 「やさしくわかる仏像入門」出版
  Published the book Yasashiku Wakaru Butsuzō Nyūmon (A Gentle Introduction to Buddhist Statues).

2009年

• 滋賀県金剛輪寺八十一尊曼荼羅が完成し納める
  Completed and dedicated the Mandala of the 81 Deities to Kongōrin-ji, Shiga.
• 第22回伝統工芸諸工芸部会展にて截金飾筥「光華緑風」日本工芸会賞受賞
  Received the Japan Kōgei Association Award for the kirikane-decorated box Kōka Ryokufū at the 22nd Mixed Crafts Division Exhibition.

2010年

• 種字北斗曼荼羅中山寺宝蔵院に納める（種字・児玉義隆 師）
  Dedicated the Seed-Syllable Hokuto Mandala to Hōzō-in of Nakayama-dera (seed syllables by Master KODAMA Giryu).
• 準提観音画・八大龍王画を制作し阿含宗に納める
  Created paintings of Juntei Kannon and the Eight Great Dragon Kings, and dedicated them to Agonshu.
• 第39回日本伝統工芸近畿展「截金八角筥・早春」鑑査委員
  Served as screening committee member for the 39th Japan Traditional Kinki Kōgei Exhibition (Kirikane Octagonal Box: Early Spring).

2011年

• 八浄寺辨財天堂に本尊「妙音辨財天」脇侍「日天」「月天」の三尊画像を納める。
  Created a triad of paintings—Myōon Benzaiten as the central image, flanked by Nitten and Gatten—for the Benzaitendō at Hachijō-ji.
• スリランカへ取材旅行
  Traveled to Sri Lanka for research.
• 阿含宗九州本部に準提観音像を納める
  Created a statue of Juntei Kannon for Agonshu Kyushu Headquarters.
• 京都阿含宗に准胝観音を納める
  Created Juntei Kannon for Agonshu Kyoto.
• 東京日本橋三越本店にてあさば工房一門展
  Held the Asaba Studio Group Exhibition at Mitsukoshi Nihombashi Main Store, Tokyo.
• 福岡幻住庵釈迦如来文殊菩薩普賢菩薩落慶開眼法要
  Attended the eye-opening ceremony for Shaka Nyorai, Monju Bosatsu, and Fugen Bosatsu at Genjū-an, Fukuoka.
• 京都阿含宗に准胝観音・恵比寿大黒天を納める
  Created Juntei Kannon and Ebisu–Daikokuten for Agonshu Kyoto.
• 八浄寺辨財天堂に本尊「妙音辨財天」脇侍「日天」「月天」の三尊画像を納める
  Created a triad of paintings—Myōon Benzaiten, Nitten, and Gatten—for the Benzaitendō at Hachijō-ji.

2012年

• 和歌山醫王寺に大日如来画を納める
  Created a painting of Dainichi Nyorai for Iō-ji, Wakayama.
• 中山寺宝蔵院両界種字曼荼羅を制作し納める
  Created and dedicated the Ryōkai Seed-Syllable Mandala for Hōzō-in of Nakayama-dera.
• 第41回日本伝統工芸近畿展で日本工芸会支部長賞を受賞
  Received the Branch President's Award from the Japan Kōgei Association at the 41st Japan Traditional Kinki Kōgei Exhibition.
• 日本工芸会近畿支部常任幹事（以後6年）
  Appointed Executive Director of the Kinki Branch of the Japan Kōgei Association (served for 6 years).
• 作品「まなざし」を制作
  Created the work Manazashi (Gaze).
• 夫婦ふくろうを神顕寺に納める
  Created and dedicated Fukurō (owl couple sculptures) for Shinken-ji.
• 京都阿含宗に宝船を納める
  Created and dedicated Takarabune (Treasure Ship) for Agonshu Kyoto.
• 東京理性院薬師如来御修復
  Restored the image of Yakushi Nyorai at Risei-in, Tokyo.

  Created Juntei Kannon for Agonshu Hokkaido Headquarters.

  Restored the triad of Fudō Myō-ō, Kongara, and Seitaka at Chishaku-in, Kyoto.

  Served as judging committee member for the 42nd Japan Traditional Kinki Kōgei Exhibition (Kirikane Octagonal Box: Clear Peaks).

  Exhibited in the special exhibition Nozomi — Inspired by the Imperial Poetry Theme at the Jingu Museum of Art.
• 第49回日本伝統工芸近畿展日本経済新聞社賞受賞
  Received the Nihon Keizai Shimbun Award at the 49th Japan Traditional Kinki Kōgei Exhibition.
• 第67回日本伝統工芸展奨励賞受賞
  Received the Encouragement Prize at the 67th Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition.

2021年

• 金沢市立安江金箔工芸館「ガラスと金箔展」
  Exhibited at the Glass and Gold Leaf Exhibition at Yasue Gold Leaf Museum, Kanazawa.

2022年

• 文化庁主催 拡張する伝統工芸展（日本橋三越本店）
  Exhibited in Expanding Traditions: Contemporary Kōgei Exhibition hosted by the Agency for Cultural Affairs at Mitsukoshi Nihombashi Main Store.

2023年

• 第52回日本伝統工芸近畿展松下幸之助記念賞受賞
  Received the Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Award at the 52nd Japan Traditional Kinki Kōgei Exhibition.
